The standard program covers the routine that keeps grounds sharp: mowing, edging, line trimming, blowing down walks and lots, bed maintenance, light pruning, and debris removal on a set schedule. Add-ons like fertilization, weed control, irrigation checks, seasonal cleanups, mulch, and seasonal color can be bundled in or handled as needed. Your written quote spells out exactly what is included versus add-on, so there are no surprises.

Contracts, Pricing & Scheduling

Most commercial properties are serviced weekly or bi-weekly during the growing season, with the schedule adjusting as the seasons change. We build it around your property and your tenants, so if certain days or times work better for your operation, we will work around them.

Both. We offer month-to-month and full-season agreements, whichever fits your property. Seasonal programs typically run the growing season and renew at the end of the term. We reach out before renewal to confirm scope and pricing, keep cancellation notice straightforward, and communicate any rate changes up front.

Commercial pricing comes down to three things: the size of the property, the scope of work, and how often we service it. You get a clear, itemized quote so you can see exactly what you are paying for, and if you have a target budget, tell us and we will build a program that fits it.

If weather makes service unsafe or could damage the property, such as heavy rain, storms, or saturated turf, we hold and reschedule for the next available day. Safety and protecting your property always come first, and we keep you in the loop whenever a visit shifts.

Operations, Communication & Risk

You deal directly with the owner: one point of contact, no call center, no runaround. Most messages get a same-day response, and urgent items like safety hazards or access issues are handled as a priority. You always have a direct line to reach us.

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured for commercial work on Long Island, and we are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and W-9 for your property management files. Just ask.
