For general contractors
We work as the landscape subcontractor on new builds, including quick-service restaurant and retail projects. Send the landscape plan and spec, and you'll get a bid that follows the plan line by line. On site we coordinate around the other trades, keep the schedule, and handle punch-list items fast so the landscape isn't what holds up your certificate of occupancy.
- Bids from plans and specs, with substitutions flagged, not assumed
- COI with additional insured, W-9, and submittals on request
- Plant material sourced through established Long Island suppliers
- Our own trucks, so materials show up when we say
For owners and property managers
Tired frontage, dead shrubs and bare beds make a property look vacant. A bed renovation is one of the cheapest ways to change how a building looks from the road. We clear out the old material, fix the soil, and replant with tough, low-maintenance plants that hold up to parking lots, salt and heat.
