A plan before the first storm
Every site gets a written plan before the season starts: where snow gets piled, which entrances and walks come first, the trigger depth that starts service, and when to apply ice melt. That plan is what keeps a lot open at 6 a.m. instead of half-plowed at noon.
Agreements
| Option | How it works |
|---|---|
| Seasonal contract | Fixed price for the winter, predictable budget |
| Per push / per event | Billed by storm or by plow visit |
| Year-round with landscaping | One vendor and one contact all year |
Why bundle with grounds maintenance
When the same company maintains the landscape and clears the snow, we already know the curbs, beds, drains and sprinkler heads, so there's less plow damage come spring, and you have one contract, one COI and one contact. See grounds maintenance.
