- The written quote or service agreement for your job controls the scope, price, schedule, payment terms, and any cancellation terms. If anything in that document conflicts with these Terms, the written quote or agreement wins.
- Schedules can shift because of weather, ground conditions, material availability, or safety. We will keep you informed when that happens.
Text messaging terms
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example, by submitting a quote request, filling out a lead form, or texting us first), you agree to receive text messages from Green Horizon Landscaping & Design about your request, estimates, scheduling, service updates, invoices, and follow-ups. If you separately opt in to promotions, we may also send occasional seasonal offers.
